Sector-104 Noida is a very prominent location of Noida. It is known for its peaceful environment and lush green surroundings all around the area. This sector is counted as the north-eastern side of Delhi. This area is counted as the part where the master plan of Noida 2031 has to be carried out. Connectivity

This sector of Noida is known for its well-connected network of roads and public transport. It consists of the Noida-Greater Noida expressway, Dadri main road, and Vishwakarma road which have connectivity with major roads covering in and out of the sector. This sector lies close to the business parks and institutional areas. The distance of the Indira Gandhi International Airport is 38 km away. The nearest railway station is Tuglakabad Railway Station, and another station is the Nizamuddin Railway Station which is at a short distance from the area. Aqua line metro station covers the areas the nearest station being the NSEZ or Sector-81. The blue line and magenta line connect with Noida through Delhi-NCR.

Sector 104 Noida consists of more than 40 schools, close to 15 banks, around 10 hospitals and pvt. clinics and various pharmacies. There are some great residential places and localities with fitness centres for the residents.  It has his share of office spaces too.
